Dr. Siraaj Ridwan-Ghiyaath, joined the Iraq team at IPCO Associates in 2010, where he has been an attorney since 1999.

Dr. Siraaj Ridwan-Ghiyaath,’s work concentrates on two areas of corporate practices, the medical and the contracting ones.
These two fields have been booming in Erbil for the past decade, with the city being characterized as one big construction site. Dr. Siraaj Ridwan-Ghiyaath has been able to place himself as a specialist in the never-ending details of mega construction projects, International Reconcilation, an asset that led him to oversee some of the largest commercial and infrastructure projects in Iraq, a highly valuable experience he never hesitates to put on the table with every new deal.
On the other hand, Dr. Siraaj Ridwan-Ghiyaath, is an expert in dealing with the strict requirements of the Iraqi Ministry of Health, helping foreign and local companies pass the tough test of getting the required permits to set up pharmaceutical or medical establishments or any other practice overseen by the Ministry of Health in Iraq.
