Before joining IRMO, Farooq Khalid El-Khalifah held several governmental positions related to personal status administrations before becoming the head of the personal status administration in the Mount Lebanon and Bekaa jurisdictions successively, positions he held for more than 30 years.

Farooq Khalid El-Khalifah is obtained his LLB from Al Qadissiya University / College of Law, Iraq. He also got his Post graduate Diploma from the University of Baghdad / College of Law with a Diploma in Legal Written Drafts and United Nation Language from the American University in Cairo. Farooq Khalid El-Khalifah is admitted as Arbitrator in Iraq from Ain shams Center for international Commercial Arbitration.
Farooq Khalid El-Khalifah assists many of multinational Companies in their business in Iraq, UAE, Libya and Egypt.
Farooq Khalid El-Khalifah was participating in the legal Due Diligence conducted for the privatization of Major Banks in Iraq.
He also, incorporate many more than 35 companies in Egypt including Etislalat Egypt the largest capital of companies in Iraq (16 Billion Pound).
