Mission Statement

During my term as the Director General of the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO), I aim to do all in my power to assist in developments/re-construction projects within all the 18 provinces of Iraq. I, together with my colleagues in the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) are all keen to be involved and very affirmative that all projects in this new initiative " THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT" with be thoroughly supervised and standards of all projects will be optimal in comparison with best known international standards/practices.

Hence we place this website at your disposal as it is intended to serve as a vehicle for informing, explaining and clarifying the actions, roles and responsibilities of the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO), raising awareness about our agency and its mission, and most importantly as a source of basic information on our agency roles and achievements. There is no alternative to meeting face-to-face, however we realized time pressures and the inevitable move these days to all things ‘virtual’ and we have made every effort to make our web presence communicative and meaningful.

We hope that you will find the website useful and easy to use and look forward to hearing your views whether you are a member of the public or private sector working in Iraq or outside Iraq in order to make it a more effective portal and to help our center conduct its work more efficiently.
